Fall 2009 classes....are TBA.
Become a fan on Facebook of Original Youth
to hear first if/when a fall session is confirmed.

Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.  Submit both completed registration form and payment
early to enroll; you will receive a confirmation email or phone call when your spot has been reserved.
More classes will be added as needed.  Each class needs a minimum of 3 registered students; classes
will be cancelled if minimum is not filled.  Classes will be considered 'full' with 6 registrants; if you are
interested, you will be added to a waitlist.  Smaller classes equal more one-on-one attention for your child.

Artsy Fun!
This class will cover a variety of artsy projects & techniques.  Students will explore different media,
including watercolor, collage, painting, & drawing.  Artsy Fun builds upon the foundations of the 'Intro to Art'
class I offer each fall, but brings more freedom to your students in allowing them choices in which subject
to use in their art each week.   A good class for budding artists.

Crafty Kiddos!
A creative kid's dream come true!  We will play with fun & funky materials, and do something new each
week.  Examples of intended projects include clay figures, recycled art, painted t-shirts,  & embellished
picture frames.   A great class for energetic students who like to think outside the box
.

Doodles to Drawings!
For committed & focused artists, this class will offer foundational drawing skills.  We will work in pencil,
colored pencil, & ink, focusing on techniques to help your child learn how to build confidence in drawing
realistic images.  Students will work in a sketchbook, learning about shading, drawing styles, &  building an
image using basic shapes.   This class is designed for students who are committed to improving their artistic
skills & have shown ability to sit & focus for longer periods of time.

Original Youth Curriculum
All classes are based on my original info, techniques, and ideas.  This is not a 'boxed' lesson that your child
will learn anywhere else.   Smaller class size allows me to cater to the needs, interests, and creative quirks
of each student!  It's my goal to inspire each child's creative gift.   At the start of each semester, you will
receive an intended curriculum plan; describing some of the planned projects.  Be aware, the lessons will
be modified from time to time in order to best suit the needs of the students.

If you are ready to enroll in classes, fill out a registration form and process your tuition payment to reserve
your child’s spot.  All necessary forms are available on the
tuition & enrollment page.
