ARTIST"S TERMS OF AGREEMENT:
  • Estimated Product Cost does not include Texas Resident Sales Tax or shipping.
  • Products will be delivered by UPS ground shipping, unless otherwise arranged.
  • Residents of the Dallas/Ft. Worth area can arrange to pick up their order.
  • Total Amount Due and Payment options will be discussed upon placement of
    your order.  After you have placed a request for order, we will contact you to
    verify your request, confirm status of order, discuss design and personalization
    ideas and payment options.  
  • For custom orders: after your artwork has been designed, you will receive 3
    sketches (by email or fax) to choose from.  After confirming your choice, your
    painting will be completed as requested.
